Mickey’s Jedi Retreat - Policies & Procedures
Prior To Booking
- Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
- The total number of people allowed in the home at one time is limited to the number of people listed on the reservation for each home.
- Sub-letting or sharing is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking Allowed in the house or the pool lanai area
- Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed.
- Falsely representing the number of people at the property or exceeding the maximum occupancy of the home will result in requiring that the Renter and occupants immediately vacate the property without recourse. Refunds of any deposits or payments will not be issued, and any costs associated with the Renter being evicted will be charged to the credit card on file and/or pursued by legal means.
Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Mickey's Jedi Retreat I:- Booking: Only $350 deposit is required to secure your dates at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Guests receive 100% refund (less $350 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Guests receive 50% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
- Booking: Only $250 deposit is required to secure your dates at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Check-In Procedures
Please respect the agreed-upon check-in time you receive in your booking instructions.
- Check-in time is 4 PM EST unless prior agreement is obtained from the owner.
- Once you arrive at the Windsor Hills community entrance, you will be asked to provide Photo ID to verify your identity. After verification is completed, you will be given a gate pass which will allow you to access the community for the duration of your stay.
- You will be assigned an access code of your choosing for door entry through the personal email you provided at the time of booking.
- Please inspect all rooms immediately upon your arrival and inform the owner or management company of any damage you observe before you settle in.
During Your Stay
- We have a strict NO smoking and NO pet policy in all areas of the property. If there is evidence of smoking or the presence of a pet on the premises, your security deposit will be forfeited in full.
- The following starter items will be provided upon check-in. These items are not to be replenished throughout the rental period:
- 1 full roll of tissue paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
- 1 trash bag in each trash receptacle
- 1 dishwasher detergent pod
- Single-use packets of shampoo and bath soap in each bathroom.
- Linens and towels are provided by the Owner and are not to be removed from property.
- Children must always be supervised by adults when using pool facilities and resort amenities. No running, diving or horseplay in the pool area is allowed. Glass is not permitted in the pool area.
- Guests are expected to leave the home in a reasonably similar degree of cleanliness in which it was found when you checked in. Should you find the property to be inadequately clean upon arrival, contact the Management Company immediately, so they can rectify the situation.
- In case a problem should arise while you are occupying the home, the Renter should immediately contact the Management Company,
who will work to resolve the matter in a reasonable and timely manner. - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in your rental rate. The home will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company prior to check-in. However, cleaning services during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee.
Parking
- Parking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Mickey’s Jedi Retreat I (5bd/5ba) – This villa’s driveway can accommodate 3 cars. Please refer to the picture below for parking guidance.
- Mickey’s Jedi Retreat II (3bd/3ba) - This home’s driveway can accommodate one car. Please refer to the picture below for parking guidance. For additional parking, please use the assigned open parking spots on either side of the home.
- No parking is permitted on the street.
- No large vans or trucks, motorcycles, boat trailers or recreational vehicles are permitted on the premises. There is a designated parking area on property to accommodate these larger vehicles. You must register these vehicles in the Windsor Hills office to use this parking area.
Resort Rules
Windsor Hills Resort is a residential community, and as such, occupants of a property governed by a Homeowner’s Association shall abide by all rules and regulations. No guest’s behavior shall interfere with the privacy and the quiet enjoyment of other residents and guests.
- Please do not behave in any manner that could be construed as likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to other residents and guests to Windsor Hills.
- Please observe quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM.
- All resort facilities are available to the Renter and registered guests at no extra cost. All registered guests will need to obtain wristbands at the Welcome Center prior to using any community amenities. Please provide all the names of your party and the address of the rental home to the front desk staff. These wristbands are free to our guests and should be worn at all times when visiting the community facilities during the length of your stay. Visiting or unregistered guests must purchase a wristband for $10 and must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times.
- Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times when using resort amenities.
- Guests must follow all posted signs and abide by all rules of the resort while using resort amenities.
Safety and Liability
Mickey’s Jedi Retreats, its agents or Owners accept no responsibility for any lost or stolen items and is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. Guests are expected to take all reasonable security precautions, including locking all doors and windows during your time of occupancy of the property.
Mickey’s Jedi Retreats, its agents or Owners accept no responsibility or liability for the failure of equipment in the rental property. Upon notification of equipment failure, Mickey’s Jedi Retreats will resolve the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
In the event the property is not available for booking due to circumstances beyond our control, the Owners will do our best to make alternative
arrangements for you if possible. If a similar property cannot be found, a pro-rated refund of monies paid will be issued, and the Owners cannot be held liable for any other costs associated with such cancellation, however arising.
Check-Out Procedures
Please respect the agreed-upon check-out time you receive in your booking instructions.
- Check-out time is 10AM EST unless prior agreement is obtained from the owner.
- Detailed check-out instructions will be provided upon booking and must be completed prior to departure, including requests such as collecting the trash, loading and starting the dishwasher, and returning items belonging to the home to their rightful place. If instructions are unclear, please contact the Owner or Management Company for clarification.
