Our property Management company does a very good job in ensuring the house is sparkle clean and ready for guests. They provide an excellent customer service should you need them for anything during your stay.

Additional Details:

Any PETS or ANIMALS and SMOKING/VAPING are not allowed in and around the premises. Any evidence of sneaking pets/animals inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage deposit

IMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.

Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.

Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays. 

Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee. Pool pump is on from 10am to 9pm.

Resort Amenities: Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.

FOOD DELIVERY: All major food delivery services such as DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats, Instacart, Amazon Fresh, Walmart+, Shipt can deliver with ease within the Windsor Hills Community.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $350.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $350.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
